planning is dragging on and on; and with a 24km route march tmr (omg), i don't even know if i'll have enough sleep to go on. looks like a not-very-early saturday bookout. no time before booking in on sunday again! arhrhrhh.

better rest; it looks like a very very long day tmr. >24h without sleep... again. sigh ._.

just received news that my sunday is about to be, has already been burnt. will be serving 1x confinement this sunday, which incidentally is the bulk of my bookout time.

to make things worse, it's going to be rcp style - reporting to guard room every 2h.

emo liaoz.

it was every bit as tiring as i thought it'd be, and probably quite some more. planning through the night, updating charts, drawing overlays, the list goes on and on.

though i must say i was one of those who slept the most :X

partly due to the fact that i'm notoriously hard to wake up, as a certain person manning comms discovered to his dismay. ah well.

that's 1x exercise down, 1 more to go; that is, the ones in singapore. still unfit, the training schedule just doesn't permit OTOT training, unlike BMT. doesn't have the intensity of OCS either. its either i squeeze more time out somehow, or get whacked after ROC. both are equally unappealing. :\

moving out tmr, i should start packing some ammunition into the various pouches to ensure that i make it through the next 3d2n holiday out in some training area. shall put training on hold for the moment, don't want to fall out halfway during the exercise.

be back after a short jaunt under the stars of singapore. unfortunately, this excursion is involuntary and compulsory. hoping i keep my limbs and fingers intact. i find myself surprisingly accident-prone outfield for some reason.

here come the exercises in full force. better stock up on sleep to counteract that sleep debt to-be-coming-in-less-than-two-days.

supposedly its scientifically proven.

but i'd rather suffer from sleep deprivation than an extra 3 hours in camp stocking up on sleep. beating up the AI on sc2 is far more entertaining :)

now i just have to hope that the 7hrs of sleep a day in camp is enough to tank it through :\

all this timetabling and stuff is getting to my nerves; i've already done enough of it in jc and in huangcheng already. just brings back all that frustration of getting schedules to fit together.

which they often don't.

actually it kinda feels like piecing together a giant jigsaw puzzle, but the problem is, some pieces are missing, and you don't realise it till its too late. and then you get chewed out for it. bleh.

when things do fall in place, however, its strangely satisfying. a pity it happens far less often than i'd like.

outfield for the first time since brunei, first experience as a logistics cadet.

less chiongsua, more mentally taxing. suppose this is in preparation for the first real exercise coming up soon next week. quite an interesting process though, somehow all that electrical stuff i learnt in huangcheng came in useful haha. surprise surprise, being an SM has its perks; to be honest i didn't expect it to be in this way though. fixing up faulty circuits and poking around wires.

need rest, didnt sleep much the past few days.

2 dang bridges. but the run was less tiring than i thought. probably because SOL actually has more endurance runs than OCS? surprising. as expected, met up with friends, caught up with news, went home, chilled a bit, then booked in.

a short, fast, but surprisingly satisfying day. going back on the mrt literally dripping with sweat wasn't a very pleasant experience though. both for me and fellow passengers. lucky it wasn't peak hour, so the train was kinda empty. saved alot of awkwardness i suppose.

no, i do not like booking in on a saturday to run on sunday.

putting aside that, i bet i'll be an interesting run. running around in the CBD area, looking up friends (and hopefully overtaking them :D). at least its still a 10pm bookin. ah well.

got to get down to taking on sc2: just got it back home. dang, shouldn't have got it second hand. now my IGN is Leviathan and my real name chen yang -.-

i think i'll get another copy when i have a better computer. the laptop my dad bought at comex has twice (and possibly more) the specs of my desktop. wth, something has to be done about this.

probably at the next comex / pc fair at the end of this year or beginning of next year.

first day of atp, if i keep this up there'll be $200 to be had. but very very tired now, not enough sleep. hoping hard will be able to maintain the standard tmr :\

still got hope, better try to focus tmr. money and pride at stake!

slackness is at work again - only factor motivating me to post was probably IMT and the soon-to-be atp.

aiming for that $200 and badge: if not its going to be a very very white no.1 uniform if i commission.

$200 :)))) shall get more ram chips to support sc2 if i get my marksman :D desktop too lousy :\
