看开了，心辽阔了。

been too busy to blog recently.

partly because i was feeling kinda under the weather.

partly because i just didnt feel like it.

but it's been 4 days, and i think i should post something.

call it an obligation if you must. its responsibility of a sort i suppose.

though things have been rather low for the past week, things are picking up. in a good way of course.

for which im really thankful. to well. whoever's in control up there.

though it was kinda hard to break out of the doldrums, im fine now ^^ perhaps it wasn't noticable but anyway.

am thinking about responding to yun heng's ...

'challenge'? something along that line.

perhaps i should and get it over with to stop him bugging me.

so here i go. 10 things that i think you probably didnt know about me. i won't smoke an option by saying i have a twin. fact you should know already.

if you don't... lets just say 菜头. hahaha.

yiren:

1. actually gets more serious (relatively) as the sky grows darker (as day -> night)

2. was terrified of snails. now just avoids them as much as possible. don't try anything funny. ties in to point 3.

3. has a possibility of going berserk and wiping out anything in a 10 mile radius. just kidding. but the berserk part is true. no insanity streaks since 7 years ago. so try not to be the next victim.

4. used to read alot before entering upper sec and subsequently JC. tracks down and completes as many series of books as possible. still tries to read anytime free though. ♥ fiction. ♥♥ fantasy. ♥♥♥ dragons xD

5. is super budget. (budget sm ftw! haha) aims for value (值) > quality (质)

6. used to plan on studying law. but kinda lost interest and is now looking towards psychology. law is still not completely out of the question if conditions permit though.

7. likes his liquor. does not mean that he's some sort of obsessive-compulsive-whatever-drinker. just..likes...to...drink. alcohol. nothing's too strong! usually. key word is usually. knows when to stop before crossing the danger zone into drunkeness.

8. likes to type and ♥ his computer alot. writing is fine, but finds typing more comfortable and convenient. or it might just be the computer > paper. hmm.

9. doesn't really like it when being ignored (who does?) but has learnt to open up and forgive and forget. believes in 己所不欲,勿施于人. and subsequently: what you don't dare to tell someone in the face shouldn't be said of that same person in secret. all about situational awareness and empathy.

10. believes in destiny and fate.

a final note before i end this post? and a bonus point for the above i suppose. contrary to (won't say popular) belief, has been hurt before. so being nice (tries to anyway) to people doesn't mean that others will treat you equally well. nor does it mean that i haven't been disillusioned already.

simply learnt to put down. 拿得起,就要学会如何放得下。

because some things change and nothing really is forever. perhaps.
